--- DELIVERY TIME ---After the commission has started, there should be about a 2-4 week wait for normal illustrations. For the VTuber model illustrations, the wait time should be about 1-6 months. Delays may occur due to circumstances, this will be communicated.--- REFUNDS ---Once the sketch has been finalized, there will be no refunds. The only time I may refund after the sketch is finished is due to circumstances where I may be unable to finish the art work, this may also apply to cancelations.--- REVISIONS ---You will be given 5 chances to make revisions, no more than that. If you want multiple things to be changed at once, tell me everything at once.
-vtube models-
for VTube models, you have the option to make up to 10 free revisions if you have a preexisting design or are creating a new design with me.--- ARTWORK USAGES ---I, the artist, retain the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio and social media. You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon with the me, which may result in a higher charge.--- COPYRIGHT ---I, as the artist, retain the copyright to the artwork unless a separate agreement is made. You may not reproduce or sell the artwork without purchasing a commercial license or gaining permission from me, the artist (this includes tracing and or putting it into an AI art generator).--- AGREEMENT ---By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to these terms and conditions. That you are at least 18, or a legal parent/guardian agrees to the terms above. Be aware that I retain the right to decline a commission if I, the artist, feel it is not within my artistic ability.
